Found the cutest little set of 7 plastic mustard color glasses today that are just the cutest and nicest little guys you can think of! The black owl graphic is just like new on all of them! They don't even look as though they have ever been used. They are posted on my store at http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage
Don't miss these little feathered friends to serve a retro cool beverage and have a hoot'n good time! Toodleloo! Donna

Smasher Masher!
Hi, Just sold today the coolest smasher masher I have ever seen! I have had it posted for only a few days and a very nice lady just picked it up along with a crocheted old napkin holder or any kind of a holder you would like to use it for! I think it would be nice as a letter holder for a vintage desk! Anyway, back to the sweet masher! I was square headed and had a nice twisted handle that was topped off with a wood turned handle and eye hook at the end. I was glad to see it go to such a nice lady. I have to get the old butt going and photograph more of my wonderful Stuff so I can get it on etsy! Haven't had much time. Who am I kidding! You have the time if you make time! Well, I better say,

Happy 4th of July!
Please remember all the people who are serving around the world in defense of our country. They are away from their family and friends on this wonderful weekend for the USA. Thank you for your service and the sacrifices you and your loved ones are making in order for us to be able to have our picnics and celebrations today with no fear for our safety. Gods blessings on all of you and keep yourselves safe for all of those you have left at home.

International Sale
Woke up early today and saw how beautiful the sunrise was, so still in the PJ's I went out the back door and onto our dock to take some early morning pictures of the pinks in the sky. Thinking I might find a better location to take more pictures I hoped in my car (still in the PJ's!) and headed out to unknown locations! Took a ride through the local park first, it was ok not great. So down the road farther I went. Found a pretty spot took a couple shots and then noticed the cemetery was behind me. So I started taking pictures which I named reflections in my tag for today. It is a morning to reflect. So far, its been a wonderful day! I got back checked my http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage I had my first international order. I had started posting all my feed sacks that I had purchased at a farm auction. Four of them today will be on their way to Japan! I am wondering with all the silky type fabrics you associate with Japan, why are they buying this folksy cotton 30's -40's feed sack! Makes you wonder who, why, and what!?
The next occurrence on this great morning was the appearance of my new friend a lone Mallard Duck who I have seen a few times now in the early hours. The last time I saw him I gave him some bread to lure him in!! It worked! I ran and got some bread to coax him in closer so I can take his portrait! I got it! He came right up in the back yard. Love nature, love vintage STUFF, love photography! I LOVE THIS DAY!

Dancing with the stars!
Hi, I posted today the cutest little couple that reminded me right away about "Dancing with the Stars"! This ceramic piece has a back little opening which was probably supposed to be used as a planter. I think that it could be used for a great number of things! Change on your dresser, paper clips or push pins for on your desk, Q-tips in the bathroom. Just use your imagination! What a "Stuff" holder! The gentleman is wearing a top hat and sporting tails! The lovely lady he is bust'n a move with is wearing a flowing skirt as they do their thing on the dance floor! The Lady's dress is a mauve pink color and she has a turquoise hat. The gentleman's top hat is turquoise as well as his pants. With rosy pink cheeks, they are just so cute and sweet! Someone will be lucky to have them! See their pictures at http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage !

Menagerie of critters!
Today I posted on my etsy account http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage a set of vintage 1973 Cuddlers. A Cuddler is a stitchery kit of characters featured in Little Golden Books! These kits have never been opened and contain all you need to complete your Cuddler project. My menagerie consists of Saggy Baggy Elephant, Tawny Scrawny Lion, Shy Little Kitten and Tootle The Train. Who ever dreamed up those first names for these cute little guys was having a bad day apparently! Saggy Baggy Elephant, reminds me of my aging backside! Tawny Scrawny Lion is a perfect fit for my husband! I am so glad my husband is Blogger.com illiterate!

Here Goes!
Hi! I am Donna and I'm going to give this Blogging thing a whirl! I am now the proud proprietor of http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage I started a vintage store because I am one of those persons who can't give it, throw it, or sell it! Until NOW! A "STUFF" keeper! Yes, it is an addiction and the gene can be transferred to offspring! As I mentioned in my profile my son was the"lucky" one to receive my vengeance for STUFF! He is also the keeper of many things that you don't even know you have. My daughters on the other hand have no problem going to the thrift shop and actually LEAVING things, (other than the pair of pants that have paint stains and don't fit me anymore) they have the ability to leave good STUFF! I am just not able! The only thing I do at a thrift shop is get more good STUFF to take home! But now I am turning over a new leaf, I am going to sell my STUFF I have collected all these years. Check it out! http://www.etsy.com/shop/BumpyButtonVintage is the place to go to see my STUFF of yesteryear. There may be a few tear stains and claw marks from me parting with it, but I am doing my best to try and become a STUFF SELLER! Please follow me on my journey of a life time.
